This exciting role offers the opportunity to design and deliver bespoke travel experiences for international clients visiting Australia. Key Responsibilities: Curate and quote a range of tailor-made group itineraries whilst maintaining excellent product knowledge of our partners pre-arranged luxury tours. Provide expert advice on local attractions, activities, and destinations to enhance client experiences. Proactively manage and resolve any travel disruptions or on-the-ground issues to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. Deliver top-tier customer service and support throughout the travel process. Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure seamless service Preparing and issuing invoices, receipt payments and maintaining financial documents What We’re Looking For Proven experience in inbound travel, with a focus on FIT or group travel . Knowledge of Tourplan is preferrable. Extensive Luxury product knowledge Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
