Our client is a construction head contractor looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team to work on a $200m+ high‑rise residential project. Ideally experience on $200m+ High Rise Residential projects, 20+ floors. Responsibilities Conduct onsite HSE and quality inductions with all onsite staff / subcontractors Complete daily site diary entries Review and manage key project issues Liaise with statutory bodies ensuring all relevant notifications are made Ensure site compound and amenities are established and maintained Organise all site inspections with clients, authorities and consultants Assist Project Manager with preparing scopes of work Understand head and subcontractor contracts, especially in relation to timeframes Produce and manage defect lists for subcontractors prior to finishing works Qualifications and Requirements Trade or building related qualification 5 to 15+ years’ experience in site supervision of construction projects including planning, programming and management of onsite staff / subcontractors Construction Safety Induction (White) card Senior First Aid Certificate Desirable – Certificate IV in Occupational Health & Safety Sound knowledge of legislation, regulations and standards relating to building sites Proven ability to lead and motivate subcontractors Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel This is a full‑time permanent position providing a great opportunity to work with an established organisation who offer challenging work. #J-18808-Ljbffr
