Job Description Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process across multiple programs and developments Partner with Development, Asset Management, and Operations teams to evaluate new projects and funding initiatives Deliver clear and insightful financial analysis, modelling, and scenario planning Support government funding submissions and reporting requirements Monitor performance against strategic targets, providing actionable insights to senior leadership Develop and enhance financial models to reflect portfolio expansion and evolving funding structures Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, systems, and reporting frameworks The Successful Applicant CA/CPA qualified with strong FP&A or commercial finance experience Proven ability to partner with non-finance stakeholders and influence decision‑making Advanced financial modelling skills (Excel essential; Power BI highly regarded) Experience in NFP or government‑funded environments is advantageous (but not essential) A proactive mindset with the ability to operate in a growth and transformation environment Passion for contributing to social impact and community outcomes What's on Offer Exposure to large‑scale development and funding programs Collaborative, purpose‑driven culture Flexible working arrangements and employee benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
