About the Role We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Account Coordinator to join our Ravenhall team on a 12-month fixed-term, full-time contract , with strong potential for ongoing employment. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where you will act as the key liaison between clients, production, and internal support teams. You will ensure jobs are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with contractual SLAs, while building strong, long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end job processing across multiple departments to meet SLA and quality requirements Prepare, maintain and issue accurate job instructions and job bags (including backups) Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of client accounts Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Monitor and manage stock levels, workflow, and production requirements Proactively communicate with clients, sales and operations regarding job status, risks, and delivery outcomes Identify and resolve issues, including troubleshooting production or process concerns Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records including job instructions, pricing, SLAs, and work instructions Support invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating where required Contribute to incident reporting and continuous improvement initiatives Participate in client meetings, reporting, and service reviews Support implementation of new business-as-usual processes, change requests, and system updates Review production samples to ensure alignment with client specifications Identify process improvements and mitigate revenue leakage risks About You You are highly organised, solutions-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. You bring a strong sense of ownership and accountability in everything you do.
