About the Role We are seeking an experienced Partner Account Manager to strengthen and grow our partner relationships across Australia. You’ll be the key contact for our reseller and enterprise partners, ensuring their success with Foodhub’s POS and payments solutions. This role requires someone with strong commercial acumen, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional service. You will work closely with partners to help them maximise the value of our technology, onboard new clients, and identify growth opportunities across their portfolios. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of key reseller and enterprise partners across Australia. Build strong relationships with partner stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor. Drive partner performance, increasing transaction volumes and adoption of additional Foodhub solutions. Support onboarding and implementation of new partners and client locations. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and timely issue resolution. Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting on partner performance. Regularly meet partners on-site and represent Foodhub at partner and industry events (travel required). Identify opportunities for growth, upselling, and cross‑selling within partner accounts. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Partner growth (orders and revenue) Retention and satisfaction of partner accounts Partner onboarding success Accuracy of CRM and reporting Contribution to team and regional revenue goals Requirements Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B account management , partner management, or customer success. Experience with POS systems , payments technology , or SaaS platforms is essential. Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with large enterprise clients . Strong organisational, prioritisation, and communication skills. Self‑motivated, with the ability to work independently and travel as required. Full, valid driver’s licence.
