Responsibilities Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts Qualifications Basic Qualifications Experience as technical specialist in design and architecture 7+ years of external or internal customer facing, complex and large scale project management experience 4+ years of cloud based solution (AWS or equivalent), system, network and operating system experience 7+ years of consulting, design and implementation of serverless distributed solutions experience Experience with containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, EKS) and microservices architecture design and implementation Experience with application modernisation patterns and strategies, including refactoring and re-platforming techniques Experience with AI tools for development productivity, database systems (SQL and NoSQL), and version control systems Preferred Qualifications Strong background in API design and implementation (e.g. REST, GraphQL, gRPC). Experience working with Identity protocols such as OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0 Knowledge of vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation, embedding pipelines Understanding of AI agent architectures, development patterns, protocols (e.g. MCP, A2A) and multi-agent systems.
