Our Services Include Developing all documents associated with fund establishment Registered scheme constitutions Limited partnership agreements Trust deeds and constitutions Management and custodian agreements Co‑investment agreements Regulatory advice under the Corporations Act About You You’ll have a strong desire and capacity to work on complex, high‑profile transactions. You are ambitious, collaborative and committed to excellence.
