The Opportunity We’re seeking a motivated individual to join our Fire Suppression team in a dynamic sales support and administration role, based in Scoresby. You’ll provide outstanding customer service, manage enquiries and quotes, and help keep the business running smoothly. While knowledge of fire suppression products and technical concepts can be helpful, your success in this role will rely more on your people skills, attention to detail, and drive to help our customers. What You’ll Do Support our sales team by preparing quotes Liaise with resellers and end-users via phone and email Respond to customer enquiries and assist with minor product information Build and maintain strong customer relationships Assist with marketing and business development activities Handle general administrative duties to keep projects and accounts organized What We’re Looking For Previous experience in internal sales, administration, or customer service Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Detail‑oriented and proactive approach Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Interest in fire suppression and building safety is a bonus; technical qualifications are welcome but not required Only applicants who have a current right to work in Australia will be considered.
