Job Overview Location: Queensland Employment type: Permanent (FT/PT) Hours: Full-time (38 hours per week), opportunity for Part-Time employment Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality rehabilitation to patients in their own homes, supporting safe early discharge and recovery following elective orthopaedic surgery at St Vincent's Private hospitals. Support multidisciplinary coordination to achieve excellent patient outcomes while avoiding unnecessary hospital stays. Utilise virtual care and telehealth as part of routine care. Communicate with patients, families and allied health teams effectively. Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with clinical standards. Qualifications & Requirements Registered Physiotherapist with AHPRA. Minimum 3 years of experience in physiotherapy. Desirable experience in rehabilitation, orthopaedics, subacute or community care. Confident working autonomously in home‑based settings. Strong clinical reasoning, communication and time‑management skills. Comfortable using digital tools and telehealth.
