Key Responsibilities Document Preparation and Analysis: Research, draft, and deliver high-quality documents, including briefing notes, submissions, reports, and meeting minutes, tailored to diverse audiences and aligned with organizational priorities. Executive Administrative Support: Manage calendars, organize meetings, and provide confidential support to the Executive Program Director, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, collate meeting papers, record accurate minutes, and track follow-up actions to support effective decision-making processes. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise and communicate professionally with senior executives, departmental offices, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective information exchange.
