This is a leadership role that blends operational performance, financial accountability, and genuine community connection. You will initially complete training at the Morningside central operation before being appointed to apermanent location anywhere between South Brisbane and North Gold Coast . About the Role As Location Manager, you will take full responsibility for a single funeral home managing approximately 250–500 cases annually. You will lead a team of up to 10 staff, ensuring operational efficiency, strong performance outcomes, and exceptional service delivery to the local community. You will oversee the overall commercial and operational performance of the site, maintaining accountability for financial outcomes and customer experience measures. The role also involves implementing effective local area marketing initiatives and maintaining strong business relationships within the community. This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who can confidently make decisions, solve problems in real time, and lead from the front. About You We welcome leaders from retail, hospitality, healthcare, funeral services, or other service-driven industries. Funeral experience is advantageous but not essential – the right mindset and leadership capability are key.
