Team Leader / Forklift Operator - Civilmart, Mittagong. Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts to move materials safely across site. Load and unload trucks. Receive and store incoming stock. Coordinate workflow and support team members. Work closely with production and site teams. Promote a strong safety culture and lead by example. Requirements Current LF forklift licence. Previous experience as Team Leader, Leading Hand or supervisory role. Manufacturing, warehouse or production experience. Strong commitment to workplace safety. Reliable, motivated and team-focused attitude. Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
