Senior Advisor – Assurance Location: Sydney Partner with industry leaders on high‑profile assignments, innovative renewable and landmark infrastructure developments. Provide strategic, technical and operational assurance to clients facing complex capital investment decisions and proactively identify new product and service opportunities to meet evolving client needs. The Risk & Assurance practice is recognised by clients as one of the leading consultancies in Asia Pacific. Responsibilities Review and assess governance frameworks and strategies. Evaluate client business control processes. Support non‑financial audits of client systems, processes and projects. Support assessment of client compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Undertake technical analysis in support of senior staff. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure cost‑effective solutions to address identified risk and issues are negotiated and implemented in a timely manner. Contribute to the development of strategic and operational plans for the Risk & Assurance Service line. Manage the planning and delivery of assignments. Develop internal and external networks to grow the Risk & Assurance service and internal reporting, including client, sales pipeline and revenue reports. Qualifications Degree qualification in Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance or similar discipline OR 7 years industry experience in a recognised consulting, corporate or regulatory environment. Experience working in or on audit, governance or compliance frameworks and application to major projects. Excellent business acumen. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management skills.
