Experience is not essential, but it may fast-track your onboarding. We provide extensive ongoing mentoring and training to help you succeed in your role. As a Trainer with Vision St Leonards, duties include: One-on-One Personal Training and Group Training Sessions. Developing your coaching and sales skills. Goal Setting and Nutrition Sessions. Presenting Seminars and Shopping Tours. Build strong rapport with your clients and teammates. You’ll need to have or be in the process of obtaining Certificate III & IV in Personal Training (or equivalent). Current Senior First Aid certificate and CPR certification. A valid Employee Working with Children Check (WWC). In addition, we'll look for evidence of Willingness to learn, grow, and develop within our business and you are career-focused.
