Job Overview As the Manager, Culture and Strategy you will lead the planning, delivery and continuous improvement of people strategies and initiatives that strengthen organisational culture, capability and inclusion. You will manage team resources to ensure strong governance and high quality service delivery and provide expert advice on workforce planning, organisational culture, equity, diversity and belonging, and change management. Working collaboratively across the Department and in close partnership with leaders across People and Culture, you will build strong stakeholder relationships and champion initiatives that support diversity outcomes and foster a culture of continuous improvement. With strong critical thinking and confidence in navigating ambiguity, you will develop the systems and frameworks that translate insight into practical, sustainable solutions that strengthen the employee experience and drive organisational effectives. Qualifications Demonstrated experience leading the development, implementation and evaluation of people strategies, workforce plans, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and organisational culture programmes. Proven ability to effectively influence, negotiate and engage with senior leaders and key stakeholders to support strategic workforce outcomes. Well‑developed project management and change management skills, with experience delivering complex strategic initiatives in a dynamic environment. Experience leading and managing a multidisciplinary team, providing coaching, support and professional leadership to drive high performance.
