Your New Role Reporting to the Operations Manager, Service Performance, the Incident Operations Specialist role sits within Member Operations and plays an important role in supporting the timely resolution and prevention of operational and insurance - related incidents across the Fund. This 12 - month Maximum Term Contract role focuses on managing a portfolio of insurance incidents, working closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers to deliver fair, compliant and member - first remediation outcomes. These roles support a new project team and provide meaningful exposure across incident management and risk uplift initiatives. In This Role, You Will: Coordinate internal teams and third - party providers to drive timely remediation Create and maintain accurate incident records within governance and risk systems Support remediation, rectification and recovery activities in line with Fund policies Assist with systemic incident reviews and identify opportunities for control improvement Develop clear communications for impacted members or business areas Contribute to continuous improvement across incident and risk management practices What You’ll Need Experience in insurance operations, superannuation, claims or incident management Understanding of operational risk and remediation environments Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work across complex environments Well - developed organisational skills with strong attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to work autonomously while collaborating within a high - performing team Confidence working to timeframes and managing competing priorities Life at AustralianSuper AustralianSuper is committed to colleague development, supporting our people with ongoing learning, coaching and training, as well as career opportunities across our expanding organisation.
