You’ll be rostered for 38 hours per week, Tuesday through Saturday. Automotive experience is an advantage, but it’s your leadership and ability to drive results that truly matter most. Responsibilities Lead day‑to‑day operations, build a high‑performing team and create a stand‑out store culture. Recruit, coach and develop staff, driving performance and service excellence. Lead through Autobarn values, inspiring an inclusive team while driving sales growth, operational excellence and customer experience. Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance and proactive risk management. Maintain visual merchandising, promotional accuracy and presentation standards. Manage budgets, rostering, inventory and performance metrics to optimise results and minimise loss. Qualifications Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader. Strong people leadership, coaching, motivation and team development skills. Sales‑driven mindset with a capability to deliver financial results and KPIs. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Values‑led, collaborative and adaptable approach, able to lead change and build strong customer and retail relationships.
