You’ll take ownership of Alliance Automation’s enterprise systems, infrastructure, and internal IT function — ensuring our platforms are secure, scalable, and aligned to business outcomes. This is a role for someone who knows how to balance strategic direction with hands‑on delivery — leading teams, driving standards, and lifting capability across the organisation. What You’ll Be Doing Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise platforms Own and drive cybersecurity, governance, and compliance frameworks (e.g. Essential Eight) Lead and develop a high‑performing internal IT team and support function Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and fit‑for‑purpose across national operations Drive continuous improvement, automation, and system standardisation Partner with business leaders to align technology with operational and commercial outcomes Own IT risk, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning What Sets You Apart Proven experience leading enterprise systems and internal IT functions Strong capability across architecture, systems integration, and infrastructure Commercial mindset — you understand how technology drives business performance Confident operating across strategy and execution Able to influence at all levels — from technical teams through to senior leadership Proactive, accountable, and comfortable owning outcomes end‑to‑end Why This Role Stands Out Enterprise technology is a critical enabler of Alliance Automation’s next phase of growth — and this role sits at the centre of it.
