Salary: $100,784 - $105,350 + Super + Salary Packaging Responsibilities Conduct psychosocial assessments, implement tailored evidence-informed interventions for each individual child’s needs, and support reunification plans based on evidence-informed models. Provide both psycho-education and practical assistance to children, families, and carers. Coordinate services and support networks, using an ecological framework. Facilitate social learning, community connectedness, good health, and wellbeing. Full time, temporary backfill opportunity until 16 April 2027. Level 5 under the SCHCADS award.
