Overview We are looking for talented Associates and Senior Associates to join our Projects team in Sydney. This is a great opportunity for lawyers interested in working on complex, high‑profile Infrastructure and Energy transactions. Responsibilities Advising on key project documents for resource companies, such as state agreements, joint‑venture agreements, royalty arrangements and access deeds. Advising on key documents for Infrastructure and Energy sector clients, including joint‑operating agreements, LNG sale & purchase agreements, lifting & balancing agreements, tolling agreements and supply/oftake agreements. Assisting with acquisitions and disposals – from due diligence to preparation of transaction documents and completion. Helping clients obtain regulatory project and transaction approvals. Advising on the construction or acquisition of renewable energy projects or generation facilities. Qualifications Experience advising on a broad range of project development transactions in the Infrastructure and Energy sector at a well‑regarded international or Australian firm, including boutique firms. Ability to work independently and manage smaller matters and elements of larger matters. Strong team ethic and a willingness to mentor and share experiences and networks. Interest in building client relationships and developing effective working relationships with clients. Willingness to participate in business development activities, such as pitch documents, firm‑wide pursuits, industry events and seminars.
