The role will suit someone who enjoys being visible on the floor, building relationships, and influencing positive safety behaviours across all levels of the business. Key Responsibilities Partner with operational leaders to support day‑to‑day safety activities across site Lead and support investigations, risk assessments, audits, and critical risk reviews Drive engagement and continuous improvement across site safety initiatives and committees Support regulatory compliance, contractor management, and operational governance activities Maintain strong floor presence while coaching and influencing teams across the operation Skills & Experience Proven safety experience within manufacturing, industrial, FMCG, or high‑risk operational environments Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building capability Hands‑on and visible leadership style with the ability to influence without direct authority Experience across high‑risk environments including manual handling, chemicals, plant safety, confined space, and contractor management Cert IV or Diploma in WHS highly regarded alongside ICAM or incident investigation exposure #J-18808-Ljbffr
