Due to internal flexibility, we’re looking for an energetic, full‑time Store Manager to join one of our Taubmans stores based in either East or West Perth. The successful candidate will be responsible for retail fundamentals, including outstanding customer service, reporting, promotions, and merchandising standards. You will help achieve sales and profitability growth while maintaining a productive and safe work environment. Responsibilities Demonstrate exceptional customer service, accountability, ownership, teamwork, and promote engagement by offering solutions. Maintain the team's knowledge, skills, and behaviours to ensure a successful store culture. Tint and mix paint, palletise paint drums, arrange orders for delivery and colour match. Manage deliveries using the store vehicle. Handle inventory, ordering, and stock replenishment. Assist in growing store revenue and targets and hitting KPIs. Maximise the sales approach by focusing on the features and benefits of PPG products. Assist in implementing marketing and promotional plans to maximise sales potential. Maintain and continue development of customer relationships, offering advice and solutions to trade and retail customers. Operate the point‑of‑sale system and prepare sales invoices following company policy. Assist in achieving and adhering to store standards, including EHS, training, and housekeeping. Uphold the highest levels of safety for all team members, customers, and contractors. About You Motivated with the ability to demonstrate initiative. Experience in retail sales, with a strong customer focus, strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment. Visual merchandising experience preferred, not essential. Eye for detail, focus on safety and driving sales results. Comfortable with technology – computer literacy is a must. Available Monday – Friday between 6.30 am – 4.30 pm for a 38‑hour work week. Requirements Previous assistant store manager or experienced sales assistant. A valid driver’s license.
