$130K - $150K Package | Highly visible role working with senior leadership Drive retail sales performance, labour optimisation and commercial insights National retail network | Power BI, analytics and stakeholder engagement focus An opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Senior Retail Performance Analyst to join a fast paced national retail business operating across a large scale store network throughout Australia. This is not a traditional reporting role. This position sits at the heart of commercial decision making and will work closely with senior leadership to drive improvements across sales performance, labour productivity and retail operations. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, influencing stakeholders and delivering meaningful commercial outcomes across a network of 300+ stores. What You Will Be Responsible For Driving retail performance insights across a national store network Analysing sales, labour productivity and operational performance Identifying opportunities to improve wages to sales and sales per labour hour Reviewing rostering effectiveness and peak trade coverage Delivering actionable insights to senior leadership teams Supporting major retail trade periods including promotional events and peak season trading Partnering closely with retail leaders to improve store performance outcomes Managing and directing offshore analytics support resources Helping move the business from manual reporting to scalable and automated insights What We Are Looking For Previous experience within Retail Performance, Commercial Analytics, Business Analytics or Retail Planning Strong understanding of retail KPIs, labour modelling and store performance metrics Experience working across large multi site retail networks Advanced Excel capabilityExperience using Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management capability Ability to translate complex data into clear commercial actions Confident communicator who can influence senior stakeholders Why This Role Stands Out Highly visible role working closely with executive leadership Opportunity to genuinely influence commercial outcomes Large scale national retail environment Fast paced, high performing culture Strategic and operational mix Excellent long term growth potential This role will suit somebody who enjoys working in a commercially driven retail environment and wants to play a key role in improving business performance through insight, analysis and action. #J-18808-Ljbffr
