How You Will Contribute Your key responsibilities as a Director/ Senior Director will include – Leading FDD projects and leading your team to assess risks, deal breakers and business strengths. Aligning findings with client investment strategies and industry benchmarks. Analysing financial statements to generate insights and engage with target management. Preparing deal‑focused reports and presentations, highlighting financial findings and their impact on valuation and agreements. Managing client relationships, meetings, and execution matters. Collaborating closely with Managing Directors to address engagement and transaction risks with creative solutions. Business Development and managing engagement logistics, including billing, scope changes, and engagement letters. Team Development and being involved in Recruitment for your team. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will bring the following – Significant experience in a FDD role, along with a background in a Big 4 environment. CA qualification. Impressive skills with Excel and PowerPoint, with experience with data analytics and visualisation software (i.e., Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau) also preferred. Willingness to travel within Australia (where practical and possible) The ability and willingness to lead teams and develop members of your team. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills, with the capability of helping to build our practice. A drive to succeed and take initiative, along with the positiveinterpersonal and communication skills that fit into our culture.
