ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for You & All’s future leader to take on the Store Manager position at our Mt Druitt store. The Store Manager will cultivate a vibrant and positive team environment where amazing customer service is a priority, driving the store’s financial performance to smash budgets and targets. The role includes providing effective training, daily in‑store operations, visual merchandising management, and leading by example to ensure clear in‑store execution of business strategies, visions, values, and guidelines. With a focus on improving the in‑store experience, the Store Manager must consistently provide expert and unparalleled service, continuously develop strong product knowledge to assist and train the team, maintain store well‑being—including managing stock levels, high visual merchandising appeal in line with company guidelines, and ownership of health and safety in the store. As a Store Manager, you will also assist your Regional Manager in preparing and managing staff rosters, aligning with sales achievement, stock, and expense control management, and recruit and attract the right talents to nurture, retain and develop them into future leaders. Flexibility to work a rotational weekend roster including late night trade, solid experience in store management in a fast‑paced retail environment (preferably fashion), and a high achiever in delivery of performance, sales, and strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations and relationships are essential. You are passionate about all things fashion, possess great visual merchandising and styling skills, and are ambitious to accelerate your career as well as not afraid to take on your next challenge.
