It is responsible for coordinating the accurate tracking of contract operations data to support invoicing, procurement workflows, service job workflows, credit processing, contract fulfilment, and compliance with relevant standards. As business processes and systems continue to evolve, this role serves as a key contributor and power user across critical platforms, including Data Analytics, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, driving operational efficiency and ensuring data integrity. Key Responsibilities of the role: Coordinate the resolution of contract operations data inquiries or issues related to Plodding and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Record and monitor daily inventory movements, stock takes for Direct Sale (DS) and Cost Per Meter (CPM) contracts. Process supplier purchase order requests, handle account payable investigations, and contractor paysheets. Assist site supervisors with SIM APP stocktake procedures and support monthly stock takes for all Con-Stock contracts. Monitor and support SIM APP usage. Generate weekly, mid-month, and end-of-month (EOM) reports for all CPM and DS contracts. Manage EOM invoicing for all RGD contracts (DS and CPM). Maintain contract operations data within required systems (e.g., Rig Data Sheets, SAP, Access). Reporting & Data Management Provide CPM reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for sites and support PPT presentations for EOM. Conduct monthly circuit stock takes for all CPM contracts. Open, maintain, and close service jobs and Raisebore/Hire Fleet jobs. Process contract credits as required. Input Salesforce data when required.
