Casella Family Brands is seeking an experienced Brand Manager (Yellow Tail) to drive marketing strategy, innovation, and brand communications across the Australian market, while supporting key global regions. Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for developing and executing long-term strategic and annual marketing plans, leading campaign development, and managing brand assets and budgets to achieve strong commercial outcomes. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement 3-year strategic and annual marketing plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders Create and execute compelling communication strategies, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and company objectives Manage marketing agencies and ambassador relationships to deliver impactful, results-driven campaigns Oversee development and maintenance of relevant, engaging brand assets including websites and digital channels Collaborate with the Innovation team to deliver new product development, packaging design, and brand extensions Lead marketing analysis, reporting, and post-campaign reviews to measure success and optimise future initiatives Prepare brand performance reports and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders Contribute to a collaborative, positive team culture that aligns with company values and behaviours Ensure compliance with all company policies, WHS standards, and safety procedures Qualifications Degree qualified in Marketing or Business Minimum 4 years’ experience in marketing, ideally at Brand Manager level and within the wine industry Proven experience developing and executing successful brand and communication strategies Strong project management, organisational, and stakeholder engagement skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Creative thinker with commercial acumen and attention to detail Collaborative and proactive, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic and creative Brand Manager to join a high-performing marketing team within a respected global organisation.
