About the Role Djirra is experiencing sustained growth and continuing to expand its Legal Services across Victoria. We are currently recruiting for multiple roles that will support outreach service delivery across Traralgon, Shepparton, Mildura, Bendigo, Echuca, Melton and Melbourne. As a Senior Lawyer, you will play a key leadership role within Djirra's legal service providing high-quality legal advice, representation and advocacy across family violence, child protection, family law and victims of crime. Working within a holistic, trauma-informed model, you will support clients with complex needs while collaborating closely with Paralegal Support Workers and a multidisciplinary team. Alongside your client work, you will supervise and mentor junior lawyers and contribute to community engagement, legal education and systemic advocacy.
