Job Description We engage with Authorised Apple Resellers to accelerate sales of Apple’s entire product and service ecosystem within their store environment. You speak directly to our customers, providing them with the right knowledge and value for them to make informed choices that best suit their needs. You educate and empower store staff to stay knowledgeable on the latest Apple product and services portfolio, deliver an extraordinary customer experience, and build a team of Apple brand advocates. Increase sales and provide outstanding customer service while delivering individual and group product demonstrations and helping customers set up their new Apple products. You strive for perfection, ensuring Apple’s fixtures and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained according to Apple’s standards. You will be allocated to one of the below communities should the interview rounds be successful: Full-time (38 hours weekly, Wed-Sun): Waurn Ponds 3216, Melbourne 3000, Hopper Crossing 3029 Part-time (~29 hours weekly, Thurs - Sun): Craigieburn 3064, Wantirna South 3152 Minimum Qualifications For full‑timers, availability to work on a regular schedule of Wednesdays to Sundays, inclusive of both Saturday and Sunday, at partner stores, reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations. For part‑timers, availability to work on a regular schedule of Thursdays to Sundays, inclusive of both Saturday and Sunday. Minimum of 1‑2 years of related experience.
