If you’re a Site Manager who enjoys being across a full build, not just managing trades day to day, this is the kind of project that keeps things interesting. You’ll be delivering an $18m apartment project in Carlton. Seven levels, full concrete structure, crane on site and limited space, so it calls for someone who has already run similar builds and understands how to manage sequencing, logistics and safety when everything is happening in close quarters. This role suits someone confident leading from the front. You’ll be coordinating trades, managing programme, keeping standards high and working closely with the PM to drive the job through to completion. You’ll enjoy working in a company that’s earned multiple awards for its residential and commercial projects, where solid systems back up every decision, and the director’s open-door policy isn’t just talk. It’s the kind of environment where people stay because they’re supported, challenged and valued. Over the past eight years, a number of the team have progressed internally, which reflects how the business is run. There’s also a strong team culture with regular quarterly team days and a group that works well together on-site. Salary is up to $200k + super, depending on your experience. You’ll only be considered if you’re an experienced Site Manager who has delivered projects of a similar type, size and value. This isn’t a role for someone stepping up. It needs someone who has already run comparable apartment builds and can take full control of a job like this from day one. Apply here directly. No polished resume? No problem.
