Community Manager – XXX Gardens Site Reporting to the Area Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading the day‑to‑day operations of the Gardens Community, ensuring a safe, welcoming and connected environment while delivering exceptional personalised services to residents. Responsibilities Deliver a consistently high resident experience by leading day‑to‑day community operations, resident engagement, events and wellbeing initiatives. Manage community performance, including occupancy, presentation, asset upgrades, safety compliance and P&L outcomes. Qualifications Experience managing operations in a resident‑focused environment such as lifestyle communities, aged care, hospitality or property. Responsibilities Oversee daily community operations, ensuring high standards across cleaning, gardens, facilities and resident services. Manage tenancy processes, resident files, documentation, audits and compliance with legislation and Ingenia policies. Support community engagement by promoting events, showing the community to prospective residents and delivering social activities. Prepare, cook and serve quality meals while maintaining strict food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards across the kitchen and dining areas. Maintain a safe environment by monitoring hazards, reporting incidents, managing contractors and adhering to WHS and Food Safety requirements. Qualifications Strong communication, relationship‑building and problem‑solving skills with a genuine care for residents. Experience managing staff, working in a commercial kitchen and handling compliance, audits or facilities‑related tasks. Self‑motivated, organised and confident working independently while contributing positively to a team environment. Calm under pressure, capable of responding to unexpected situations and providing constructive feedback. Physically capable of lifting, standing, using kitchen/cleaning equipment and moving around the community frequently.
