Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including referrals, in a timely manner. Administer prescribed medications and treatments. Participate in or lead chronic disease management programs. The Successful Candidate: Experience in the chronic disease field or postgraduate qualification in chronic disease. Bachelor of Nursing and AHPRA registration. Full working rights within Australia. Willingness to work in a regional setting and embrace adventure. Ability to pass a national police clearance. Highly organized, capable of working under pressure, with strong time management skills.
