Trainer & Assessor: BSB60420 - Advanced Diploma of Leadership & Management About the job We are urgently looking for 1 Trainer & Assessor to deliver BSB60420 - Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management for our client based in North Sydney. The delivery will be face‑to‑face from Monday – Wednesday: 17:30 – 21:30. Suited for someone who works in and around Sydney CBD during the day. The ideal candidate will be teaching for 3 terms for 2024 with each term consisting of 10 weeks. The second term starts on 8th April 2024. Duties include but are not limited to: Delivering training, assessment and student services that adhere to the principles of access and equity, meet the individual needs of students, and maximise outcomes for students. Conducting assessment and making assessment decisions in accordance with the principles of assessment and rules of evidence. Validating, moderating, and continuously improving assessment tools and processes, and moderating assessment decisions. Actively engaging in ongoing professional development to ensure the continued currency of VET knowledge and skills, industry skills/vocational competence, and trainer/assessor competence.
