You will be the primary technical interface for our clients, acting as a "Trusted Advisor" who translates complex business challenges into resilient, scalable, and AI-augmented solutions. You will define the roadmap for ROI-driven customer experiences while establishing the standards that empower our global delivery teams. Key Responsibilities AI-First Solutioning: Architect "AI-ready" ecosystems by leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein, and Agentforce . Design models for predictive analytics and autonomous agent workflows to transform customer marketing and service. Strategic Blueprinting: Lead the design and implementation of resilient, cost-effective SaaS architectures. Deliver conceptual and detailed designs (KDDs, TDDs) that align with enterprise-level strategic visions. Governance & Leadership: Chair the Architecture Review Group (ARG) and represent solutions at the Architecture Review Board (ARB). Establish and enforce "Zero Defect" delivery best practices and security standards. Innovation & Roadmap: Direct the evaluation of new technologies (RFIs/RFPs/Prototypes). Build target-state architectures and transition plans to ensure long-term stability and BAU scalability. Stakeholder Influence: Facilitate high-level technical conversations to gain stakeholder buy-in, navigating difficult business strategy discussions to ensure alignment with total cost of ownership (TCO) goals. Practice Development: Proactively contribute to technology leadership initiatives, assisting in the recruitment of top-tier talent and mentoring the next generation of architects. Data Strategy for AI: (New) Design data orchestration patterns that ensure high-quality, real-time data flow into AI models—foundational for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Sustainability & Performance: (New) Implement "Green IT" principles within Salesforce, optimizing code and data storage to reduce technical debt and environmental footprint. Vendor Orchestration: Review and align third-party vendor documentation and component designs with the overarching Enterprise Architecture strategy. Key Skills and Experience Background: 12+ years in enterprise SaaS design; 8+ years specifically on the Salesforce Platform . Leadership: Proven experience as a Lead Solution or Program Architect in large-scale, complex environments. Certifications: At least two Salesforce Architect-level certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, or B2C/B2B Solution Architect). AI Acumen: Practical knowledge of how to integrate LLMs, prompt engineering, and vector databases into the Salesforce ecosystem. Commercial Insight: Ability to articulate the business value of technological advancements and investment benefit realization.
