We are partnering with a leading medical technology organisation to appoint a National Sales Manager within their Critical Care division, overseeing a highly regarded capital equipment portfolio spanning neonatal through to adult care. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for driving national performance while building a high-performing, engaged sales team. You will lead a team across Australia, working closely with clinical stakeholders and key accounts to deliver meaningful outcomes in acute care environments. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will drive national sales performance while coaching and developing your team in the field. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a national team Drive revenue growth and manage the capital equipment pipeline Partner with key accounts and KOLs to strengthen market position Execute national sales strategy and support territory planning Monitor performance, forecasting, and CRM activity You Will Bring: Proven success in medical device sales, with capital equipment experience essential Leadership experience or strong mentoring capability with a desire to step up Strong commercial acumen and experience in hospital sales environments Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships Critical Care Experience Is Highly Regarded But Not Essential.
