We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care delivery for clients within our Adelaide Metro area. As a Registered Nurse you will work closely with the Clinical Care Partner and Senior Manager - Support at Home to ensure clients who require regular clinical support and monitoring are attended to promptly. You will complete clinical reviews and assist in the initial assessment of care needs when onboarding new clients. Key Responsibilities Conduct clinical assessments including the initial assessment/onboarding of new clients. Develop and review support plans to enable the delivery of quality client care based on clinical assessment. Deliver direct clinical care to clients such as wound care, diabetic management, medication administration and catheter changes. Provide advice to Care Partners on ongoing clinical needs and management of clients. About You Full, unrestricted, AHPRA registration. Experience in providing Community Nursing (advantageous). A passion for caring for people and delivering a high standard of care. Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills. You enjoy being out and about during the work day and are comfortable driving across the Adelaide metro area. Gratis Home Care has work cars available for nursing staff to book for client visits. Requirements Current First Aid & CPR certification. National Police Check. Full, unrestricted driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
