About the Role Assist the Store Manager with the day-to-day management of the retail store including leading the team, visual merchandising, managing deliveries and stock. Coach the team to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers to shop seamlessly throughout the store. Support the Store Manager to achieve budgeted sales and manage controllable costs for the store. Lead the store and team in the absence of the Store Manager on duty. Support the training of the team in customer service, product knowledge and operational responsibilities. Encourage development with the team by providing timely feedback. Regular Sunday work is required for this role. About You Passionate and motivated to deliver results and confidently support your manager and team. Have great communication skills, strong time management and organisational skills. Previous team leader, key holder or management experience is advantageous.
