Benefits include 18 weeks of universal paid parental leave. Role We’re seeking a talented Senior Engineer – Bridges & Structures to join our Perth team. This is more than just a design role – you’ll play a key part in delivering transport infrastructure projects, contributing technical expertise, coordinating multidisciplinary inputs, and supporting the successful delivery of complex engineering outcomes. Key Responsibilities Deliver structural analysis and design in line with technical standards, client requirements and SMEC expectations Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure quality, timeliness and coordination of deliverables Support the successful delivery of projects, contributing to commercial outcomes and overall team performance Apply project management principles to manage assigned tasks and meet project objectives on time and to the required standard About You You are an experienced structural engineer with a strong background in transport infrastructure design. You bring a collaborative approach, a focus on quality delivery and a track record of working effectively within engineering consultancy environments.
