About the role Manager - Cyber Security Operations Centre (CSOC). The role provides overall leadership and operational direction for a 24x7 security operations capability. It ensures effective coordination of threat detection, incident response, and cyber investigations, while driving CSOC maturity and performance. Key responsibilities Lead and manage the end-to-end operation of the CSOC, ensuring effective, coordinated security monitoring and response across all environments Establish and evolve the CSOC operating model, including processes, escalation pathways, and performance frameworks Oversee service performance, including incident response effectiveness, operational metrics, and maturity uplift initiatives Provide leadership to CSOC teams and leaders, fostering a high‑performing and collaborative environment Act as the senior escalation point for major or high‑impact cyber incidents, driving coordination and communication Ensure alignment and coordination across threat response, threat hunting, and incident response (CSIRT) functions About you Proven experience leading or managing cyber security operations (SOC/CSOC) in a complex enterprise environment Strong understanding of threat detection, incident response, investigations, and cyber defence operations Demonstrated ability to lead distributed teams and operate in a 24x7 environment Strong knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, and cyber defence frameworks Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, threat intelligence, and modern security operations tooling Ability to provide executive‑level support during major cyber incidents, focusing on coordination and decision‑making About the organisation Large, sophisticated enterprise undergoing significant transformation across its digital and cyber capabilities.
