Your role Offer senior program management services for Aboriginal initiatives, emphasising the design and delivery of Aboriginal Domestic and Family Violence programs and commissioning of services to enhance outcomes for Aboriginal people, families, and communities. What You’ll Do Collaborate on the design, delivery coordination and development of DCJ programs to align with organisational goals and meet client needs. Manage procurement activities, contracting, tendering, and capital works, including budget estimates, ministerial and performance reporting. Utilise project management methodologies and analysis to ensure high-quality outcomes across DCJ. Oversee performance reporting to facilitate monitoring of program deliverables and client outcomes. Connect with Aboriginal people, Communities and Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations (ACCOs) to enhance sector capability. Drive place-based consultation and communication with Aboriginal People, Communities and ACCOs. Provide Aboriginal Cultural advice and insight. Drive respectful and culturally informed consultation and communication with Aboriginal People & Communities. Travel will be a requirement of the role. What We’re Looking For Experience working in Government with an understanding of the systems, processes and strong writing skills would be highly valued. Understanding of Domestic and Family Violence particularly in the context of Regional Rural and Remote Aboriginal Communities, their strengths, needs and barriers. Experience in data analysis, service planning, design, delivery and evaluation. Strong communication skills that align with experience implementing programs that are evidenced based, flexible, and adaptive to changing needs.
