You’ll be joining a team of 15 people, plus the wider site teams, with the flexibility to work from home one or two days per week. Due to a growing pipeline of work, they are seeking a skilled Senior Estimator to join the team. Responsibilities Preparing detailed cost estimates and take-offs from drawings and specifications Using Bluebeam for measurement and markups Producing BOQs and cost plans using Cubit Estimating Reviewing scopes, drawings, and documentation for completeness Managing subcontractor and supplier pricing submissions Identifying cost risks, buildability issues, and value engineering opportunities Working closely with project managers and site teams Assisting with procurement, budgeting, and cost control Qualifications Proven experience as an Estimator in residential and/or commercial construction Strong proficiency in Bluebeam and Cubit Estimating Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and scopes Solid understanding of construction methods and sequencing Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent communication and negotiation ability A proactive, solutions-focused mindset High level of organisation and attention to detail What’s On Offer Strong systems, processes, and accredited safety standards Collaborative and professional team environment Salary up to $200,000 + super Please call Adam Turner on or email #J-18808-Ljbffr
