IQ Group is seeking an experienced Change Professionals to join our team, supporting the delivery of a major Transformation programs. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing change management activities, with a strong focus on delivering clear, high-quality communications to executives, senior leaders, and impacted teams. This is a hands-on role with end-to-end accountability, requiring exceptional communication capability to translate complex change into timely, strategic, and easily understood messaging. Working in close partnership with Program Directors, Program Managers, SMEs, and technical teams, you will play a key role in influencing how change is positioned and adopted across the organisation. As a trusted advisor, you will provide guidance to senior stakeholders on change and communication strategies, ensuring alignment, engagement, and successful embedding of transformation outcomes. Key Activities Lead change impact assessments and coordinate end-to-end change activities to support the successful adoption of transformation initiatives Develop and execute practical change and communication approaches, covering stakeholder engagement, learning requirements, and adoption planning Produce clear, concise materials for executive and governance forums, translating complex people, change, and risk impacts into meaningful insights Implement effective mitigation strategies to strengthen readiness and adoption Deliver targeted, well-crafted communications and reporting that build awareness, drive understanding, and sustain behavioural change What You’ll Bring Demonstrated experience delivering change across large, complex programs, ideally within superannuation and or regulatory environments Strong grounding in structured change management frameworks Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distil complex information into clear, engaging messages for diverse audiences Proven ability to engage, coach, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and delivery teams Well-developed analytical, organisational, and project delivery skills, with a proactive and values-driven approach This is a 6 month contract with an immediate start with the view to extend (up to 12 months) #J-18808-Ljbffr
