You'll provide comprehensive support for climate-related disclosure and regulatory compliance while building organisational resilience across extensive property portfolios.This role offers fantastic exposure to the full property lifecycle, with opportunities to embed sustainability into leasing, facilities management, procurement, construction and project management.**Key Responsibilities:*** Provide various inputs and analysis to support climate reporting obligations* Support the identification and assessment of climate-related risks and opportunities for mandatory reporting purposes* Coordination and/or contribution to climate scenario analysis required* Maintain current knowledge of climate risk assessment methodologies and best practices* Oversee climate data quality, consistency and auditability* Identify opportunities and asset changes that reduce climate risk and build resilience within the property portfolio* Provide advice on appropriate measures and track implementation status of climate adaptation measures* Collaborate with our clients to help them develop climate sustainability practices that align with their organisational needs and operations**Key Skills Required:*** Relevant tertiary education and prior property climate and/or sustainability work experience* Strong understanding of Australian climate disclosure requirements and sustainability standards* Strong understanding of climate risk and climate adaptation measures for commercial and industrial properties* Superior communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines across multiple concurrent tasks* Self-motivation with drive to achieve objectives* Strategic thinking and planning capabilities**What you can expect from us:**You’ll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
