You’ll work on the move, meeting customers where it suits them, and guiding them through the home loan process with confidence and care. Manage your own schedule and generate new business opportunities. Build and maintain referral networks. Deliver excellent customer service as the face of Westpac in the community. Qualifications Proven experience in home lending, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end process. A solid track record in sales or business development. Experience building and maintaining referral networks. Strong time management and multitasking skills. A self‑starter attitude with a focus on customer outcomes.
