You will provide legal advice, conduct defense work, and appear in court. You will also mentor junior lawyers and support business development efforts. Key Responsibilities Manage commercial litigation in the Supreme, Federal Court, and Court of Appeal Advise and conduct defense work Assist corporate policyholders with insurance claims recovery Guide policyholders on insurance policies and wording Participate in business development, client meetings, pitches, and marketing Mentor and develop colleagues through training and supervision Contribute to firm learning resources and precedents Assist with financial management, estimates, invoices, and fee collection Candidate Profile We value a friendly, respectful culture.
