Overview As a Lead Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing & driving the development of high-quality, scalable, and secure digital solutions. You will lead a small team of engineers and work closely with cross‑functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to shape and implement innovative solutions that meet business requirements. Responsibilities Drive the development of secure, scalable digital solutions on AWS, aligned with platform standards. Provide hands‑on guidance to cross‑functional teams, ensuring code quality and best practice adherence. Collaborate with the Product Lead to design solutions for business use cases using established patterns. Act as the liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on goals. Manage backlog, Agile ceremonies, and sprint planning to ensure timely and effective delivery. Obtain a deep understanding of the core platform, then mentor team members and act as the Platform SME to promote consistent and effective use. Primary Skills Deep experience with core AWS services including Lambda, SQS, EventBridge, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Secrets Manager, and AWS CDK. Strong backend skills in TypeScript (Node.js) and Python; familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular. Proficient with orchestration tools (Orkes and Step Functions desirable) and integration patterns; strong understanding of API security (OAuth2). Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, and infrastructure automation. Proven track record in leading teams, Agile delivery, and designing scalable, reliable solutions with technical documentation. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders. Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices. Knowledge of DevOps practices and experience with CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with microservices architecture and event‑driven systems. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies. Proven ability to collaborate and effectively lead an engineering team. Desired Skills Familiarity with SAP or other ERP platforms and integration approaches. Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
