Managing and supporting employee relations cases. Participating in special projectsfor new initiatives. Leveraging and analysing data to understand focus areas for capabilities and industries. Synthesis and analysis of data to drive insights and support data drivenpeople’sor decisions. Driving change, through effective communication and roll-out of talent initiatives to leadership, People Managers, and employees. Being the voice, and ears, on the ground. Advisingpeople,managers,and employees on processes. Partnering closely with HR lifecycle colleaguesand other teams (global mobility, staffing,learningand development)on employee cases, ensuring legal compliance, and updating our HRIS and paperwork Skills & Experience A background in Human Resources Business Partnering. Up to 5 years of experience in a HR Generalist role within consulting or professional services An understanding of employee lifecycle,Australiaemployment law and employee relations processes such as performance management, redundancy, grievances etc. A passion for enhancing our people’s experience throughout their lifecycle and driving business impact. An eye for detail and ability to run processes independently. A track recordinproactivelyidentifyingopportunities for improvements and driving change. An ability to work in a complex matrix structured, ambiguous, constantly changing business situation. Strong analytical skills and ability to convert data into insights and solutions, strong excelskill. Demonstrated interest in using AI to create smarter work. Strong interpersonal skills include the ability to form relationships at all levels.
