Work directly with clients to shape commercially grounded solutions to complex ground engineering problems. Guide and review the technical work of your team, maintaining high standards across all project outputs. Play an active role in business development on significant and strategically important projects. Mentor early and mid‑career engineers and contribute to a high‑performing team culture. What you will bring 10 or more years of experience in geotechnical consulting, with a strong track record across investigation, analysis, design and technical reporting. Consulting background (not mining‑only or purely contractor). Chartered status or eligibility for fellow‑level recognition. Proven capability in site investigation, earthworks, slope stability, retaining walls and foundation design. Clear, confident communication and a collaborative approach to complex problem‑solving.
