About the Role We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of technology and software projects across our organisation, including the LS Retail software platform. The LS Retail platform is a global leader in Point-of-Sale and retail inventory management based on Microsoft Business Central. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining a high standard of quality. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, consultants, infrastructure teams and vendors to ensure technical solutions align with strategic goals and business requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management for technical projects and software implementations. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Ensure projects and resources are managed and delivered to budget. Proactively manage project scope, risks, issues, and change requests. Ensure technical requirements are understood, documented, and aligned with business objectives. Conduct regular project status meetings and produce accurate progress reports. Champion Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methods as appropriate to each project. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software vendors. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, including executives. Provide regular status updates and progress reports to relevant stakeholders. Lead and motivate all internal teams and stakeholders to ensure effective project coordination and collaboration. Manage quality of delivery, ensuring all projects meets established standards, specifications and success criteria. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery practices, tools, and frameworks. Key Skills & Experience Required Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Project Management role, specifically within IT or software delivery. Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent technical/ software projects delivering on time and to budget requirements. Strong working knowledge of project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, DevOps). Practical experience delivering projects using Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional Waterfall methodologies. Proven ability to manage cross-functional technical teams in dynamic, fast paced environments. Sound understanding of the software development lifecycle and DevOps practices. Experience working with software, SaaS solutions, and integrations projects. Retail industry, Point-of-Sale, ERP, E-commerce and Microsoft Power Platform experience would be highly desirable, but not essential. Excellent leadership, mentoring and coaching, and interpersonal skills. Desirable Qualifications Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI-ACP.
