Supporting a leading sales agent and their associates, you will act as the operational backbone of the team, managing campaigns, vendor communication and team workflow to ensure a seamless sales process. Reporting directly to the Lead Agent, this role works closely with sales associates and admin staff to keep campaigns, reporting and vendor touchpoints running smoothly. Duties Manage campaign workflow across multiple property listings Act as key contact for vendors throughout sales campaigns Coordinate photos, opens, handovers and campaign logistics Oversee associate tasks, reporting and campaign deadlines Manage contracts, variations and conveyancer communication Ideal candidate Real estate sales support or business manager background Strong knowledge of sales campaigns and vendor processes SA Real Estate licence or registration preferred Confident managing multiple listings at once Highly organised with strong communication skills Please call Simone Russack on or simply hit APPLY NOW .
